Submitting your project details is the first step to being considered a client with Sullivan Design Company. To be able to visit the homesite, we take on custom projects that are close to the Wilmington, NC area. For those outside the immediate area, we offer stock house plans that can be customized through our company.

 

Our design process takes three to four months from initial meeting to delivery of final plans. Outside factors such as Architectural Review Board and HOA Reviews can add time to this process.

We review all Custom Home Project Submittal forms once a month and will contact you with our decision. Accepted projects will be contacted to discuss our available start date and schedule an initial meeting/call. Current start dates can be a few months out with our current workload.
