In this approach we provide custom design services for your clientele that allows you, the builder, to stay in control of the project. With you as the team leader, we walk through the various stages of design with your client. We contract directly with you to help secure the relationship with your clientele.
Custom Speculative Home Design
We offer custom design services that can meet a neighborhood's architectural design guidelines and be an appropriate solution to a building site with unique site characteristics. We provide a "Builder Rate" for this services. Please contact our office for more details.
