Scott Sullivan established Sullivan Design Company in 1994. Since then he has designed hundreds of homes from the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, to the coast of Florida. He has won countless awards throughout his career. Sullivan Design Company is a small firm that specializes in view oriented projects.

 

In 2001, Scott ventured into the stock house plans business. His designs have been featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living magazines and gained national recognition through those publications as well as many web-based plan publishers.

 

His custom home designs and stock house plans draw inspiration from historical precedents. Scott believes that design should honor the classic styles by incorporating that influence into modern needs of his clientele.

 

Scott has served as a design consultant on the Porters Neck Plantation Architectural Review Committee and the Autumn Hall Architectural Review Committee.
